Womens wellness program
This SFG meets twice a week for 8 weeks & uses different modalities in the gym to take you through a sweat dripping, total-body workout. An Elite Trainer will teach you how to safely use kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body weight to build lean muscle and burn fat. This program is a combination of strength training, cardio, and mobility to help you meet your fitness goals. You’ll also have the option to meet with the trainer individually to discuss a specified nutrition plan. In just two months, you will improve your overall fitness and transform the way you feel about yourself.
RUNNERS STRENGTH LAB

This SGF Class is a high impact, boot-camp style workout, designed to take you out of your comfort zone and challenge your body to the max. This fitness journey will help you reach your fullest potential and includes, circuit training, plyometrics, kettlebells, calisthenics, and lifting weights, thus, provides you with the total body experience you expect from group classes.
The difficulty level varies and all movements can be modified to cater to your physical capability.
HIIT training is a specific style of training that is meant to get your heart rate up. Keep this in mind when choosing this experience and workout plan. **Each class will have no more than 4 people in attendance.**
