Our trainers have been certified through highly accredited organizations like, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as degrees in Exercise Science, and specializations in functional movement, correctional and strength training.  Many of our trainers have additional specialization and extensive experience in combat sports, endurance and obstacle racing, and functional range conditioning. 

One-on-one personal training

Personal trainers go deeper and develop workouts tailored to YOU. Using science and taking into account your specific body-type, injuries, abilities, and preferences and most importantly safety, the perfect program is developed for you. A personal trainer is focused on one person’s moves, form, biomechanics, and breathing technique. 

In a one-on-one training session you will work with your trainer to define and refine your goals and you will develop a relationship with your trainer which will help you stay motivated so that you achieve the results you desire.

With 10 plus years of dance experience and a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Allyson is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and a nutrition coach.

Focus: Integral approach to lifestyle and training, workouts combine his different experiences and skill sets. They emphasize building both balance and strength. Whether your goals are to gain flexibility, practicing handstands, or deadlifting heavy weight; focus, precision and attention to fine details is what you will get when working out with Ben.

I like teaching people how to do the same in a fun and safe way.  Helping people set and meet fitness and performance goals has been my job for the last decade. My core belief: first you do what is necessary, then what is possible, then what was impossible.

Focus: Commitment to helping individuals to get closer to their fitness goals and develops program to improve their exercise and nutritional habits week by week in order to reach their objectives. Having spent over 6 years working as a personal trainer for large-scale gyms, Olin knows what it takes to coach individuals to meet their fitness goals.

I strive to ignite that inner flame which will propel you into a new healthier lifestyle.
