This SFG meets twice a week for 8 weeks & uses different modalities in the gym to take you through a sweat dripping, total-body workout. One of our Elite Trainers will teach you how to safely use kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body weight to build lean muscle and burn fat. This program is a combination of strength training, cardio, and mobility to help you meet your fitness goals. In just two months you will improve your overall fitness and transform the way you feel about yourself.
